The Johor River Project by PhycoNor is an regenerative aquaculture project in  in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Specializing in tropical seaweed, portunid crab, and sea cucumber cultivation, PhycoNor endeavors to restore marine ecosystems by reintroducing hatchery-bred juveniles and collaborating with local fishermen for sustainable practices, thus supporting marine biodiversity, local economies, and community livelihoods.

BPH is a consultee and collaborator of Gaia Mariculture, with R&D project in both seaweed compound extraction and biomass infusion to enhance existing product quality and nutritional value across food, healthcare, cosmetics and even energy storage applications.
